Bella Mercato’s handmade pizza dough goes through a slow, cool fermentation which gives it superior texture and flavor. It will keep very well for 3 days in your refrigerator; simply bring out to room temperature about 20 minutes before you’re ready to shape and bake. Not just for pizza – it makes great breadsticks, garlic knots, calzones, and grilled flatbread.
